It charged me $ 0.99 when i reinstalled it

My cousin (shes 6 ) got my ipod and i had a passcode on it she started putting random numbers until i had to restore it because it didnt let me in. Now Ive been downloading the apps i had before and this is the only one that charged me when i downloaded it again, all the others that are $4.99 and $6.99 didnt charge me, this was the only one. SO I DONT CARE IF ITS $0.99 I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK.
